Nice finds,

But be warned, as it is pretty easy to get carried away with diecast vehicles for the layout (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

Don’t worry, I see some shelf space there, you’re ok.(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif)

Matt, on the second shelf from the top in this pic you have a resin tractor model. Do you have any idea who manufactured it? I have that same model and the matching ford. I know they were sold as 1/20.3 kits but since I got them second hand I have no information on who made them.

Rooster

I appreciate you pointing back to that thread but they are not the same tractors as these. Check Matt’s picture above and compare it to the one on my flatcar. Both have the curved fairing around the motor, large flat plate under the motor and fenders over the tires. Same solid cast tires and wheels too just painted differently. The only real difference is that my exhaust pipe was broken off so I replaced it with a piece of brass tube.

Unfortunately I don’t know who manufactured those fantastic resin tractors. There was also a John Deere.

I got mine (Allis Chalmers) years ago from Just Plain Folk. Now long sold out.

Tractor hunting in 1:22.5-1:20.3 is difficult. I’ve tried to make the best of what I can find out there.

Make Boomer tractor hunt himself Matt and stop looking for easy answers!

I don’t know how many of you have a Blain’s Farm and Fleet near you, but their Christmas Toyland catalog was in today’s mail. In it, is some tractor’s, a Farmall, a Case, and an International. They look to be either 1/32 or 1/24, it doesn’t list a scale. The Farmall and the Case are $55 each, but the International is $15. Tractors, in my opinion, come in many sizes in real life, and if you’ve ever been to a farm show, you know what I mean.

They’re also advertising some 1/32 semi’s and a Tow Truck and Semi cab for $13 and $20 respectively.
