Take a look at Ozark Miniatures. They acquired the Hartford Products line several years ago and that line included Carter Bros trucks. Not sure if they will be an exact match to what you are looking for, but give it a look.

Did you catch my post in the General section. The 1879 Car Builders’ Cyclopedia of American Practice will be a big help to you. Not only on the trucks but on the entire build. While not the best for actual dimensions it does give you a scale to work from.
