SOLD I’m selling a free lanced Forney that I built. It started as one of the older Bachmann side tank 0-4-0s. It is equipped with an RCS EVO ESC for radio controlled operation (located in the cab on the fireman’s side). The tank (cover lifts for access) will accommodate a 4 cell Lithium Ion pack. You can see the battery plug, fuse and switch inside the tank. There is also an engineer that I sculpted. This loco will pull 6 or so cars, obviously depending on their weight, very well and the mechanism is very smooth. It has been run primarily on my indoor layout with a couple of outings to the Finger Lakes Live Steamers open houses. Included in the deal is the loco, engineer and the RCS EVO. You can pick up a complete 2.4ghz radio system for around $50 with the receiver going into the cab. The price I’m asking is $200 plus shipping. I would encourage you to consider shipping insurance.
