I seem to have started something (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-smile.gif)Yes, I was thinking of something other than a car which might be chilled before hand and then retains coolness solely via insulation with nothing on board the car which does something to maintain temperature.
Don’t know if there are any pre-cooled tank cars like that, I got distracted and didn’t finish looking.
While we’re at it, I’m pretty sure there aren’t any refrigerated log cars. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

I agree there are no refrigerated log cars but there should be. They could go to the mill and be cut into popsicle sticks. All chilled and ready to go. Hmmm…Guess I should have patented this before posting in a public forum…none of you had better steal my idea!
