I’m not a caster, but this might be an option. They need to be pretty robust so I’m not sure that the common home casting materials would work. Best would be; IF I was really good at 3D CAD, to draw them up and have them printed in metal.
Problem with making a mold is shrinkage. Expect new parts to be smaller than the originals, can be a problem with drive lines.
