Wood Working Tools & Suggestions for a Newbie

Everyone is talking about cutting off their fingers. I still have all mine after 35 years of near constant wood working. But no one has mentioned how important feather boards and other means of hold downs are. I dang near knocked myself unconscious when a piece of black walnut kicked out of my table saw and hit me smack between the eyes. Put me on the ground and almost out. Blood everywhere and by the time I made it inside to brag about it I had a pop knot ( I love R.D. Mercer) on my forehead about the size of a golf ball.

Moral of the story keep your fingers out of the blade and the wood firmly in it.

Easily done as long as I know what and how they can be mounted. Just need to see the saw table. Does it have a slotted track for a miter gauge and if so is it a t slot or ???

You know these could very easily be made with a resin 3d printer if you only had one. . .
