Where is Korm

Has anybody heard from Korm???

Rick,
I was wondering the same. Appears the last he was posting here was back in July.

Thank you Dan:
This is very disheartening and if Andrea or family reads this forum I express my condolences to them.
I ALWAYS enjoyed his posts and thoughts. He also forgot to fill out his Hall Pass!

:rooster:

Thank you Dan for the information about Korm’s passing.

David, It was that thread that prompted me to inquire.

Damn, another great forum friend gone. A little late but as David said, condolences to his family.

Damn. Condolences (however late) to his family.

Thats sad news, I’m really bummed out by this. I enjoyed his posts especially as a fellow inside modeler. Gonna have to name something in his memory. Korm Corners maybe?

Or another challenge?

This is very sad news. I always enjoyed his comments.

May your sight glass always be full and your signals green. RIP Korm.

Korm put Paraguay on the map for me. I’ll miss his tales & teasing.

Thanks Dan for letting us know, I belong to the other group but rarely go on. He will certainly be missed.

I knew by some comments Korm had made about his childhood, that he was probably getting up there in years, but I will miss him nonetheless. May the track be clear ahead for you, Korm.

Sincerely, David Meashey

I really enjoyed hearing about how Korm made things work in a place where the hobby was basically inaccessible. His description of using curtain rail to make his own road was really eye opening to me; in general, his dedication to the hobby in the face of such difficulty is something I will remember for a long time. I’ll miss seeing his comments around on all the sites he frequented.

Jim
