RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
“DELETE. DELETE. DELETE.”
I have been away for the last few days and I knew I would come back to some very funny clever explanations. You guys have terrific imaginations.
Sorry it doesn’t brew coffee or moonshine.
Todd was right about it being a racer. It must have been the wing, the dual exhaust and the racing paint scheme. It is powered by a super secret device. This weekend the crew will try for a land speed record. We are all excited and a bit nervous as to what will happen when this thing hits 88 MPH !
I will try to capture all the hoopla on video for those who cannot attend the event.
I blame Rooster…
Don’t forget the 1.21 jigawatts!
After delays both natural and man made the Racer was finally brought out and put through its paces. First it was tested in the train yard then the observing town folk boarded a train and were brought out to a long stretch of track to watch the racer really power up.
The testing was a success but maybe to much so since shortly after heavily armed secret society types locked down the train yard and after several days brought the racer back to the long straight track. Who knows what they did to the racer but there was a whispered rumor that an experimental “Flux Capacitor” was fitted to it.
Check out the video and you be the judge.

Hey Todd, Looks like you have the video set to private, those “heavily armed secret society types” must have really locked things down!
I think this is the last mod it needs…
I used a link to a google image, I hope this is within the copyright rules. If not let me know and I’ll delete. Too fine not to share. An added touch would be to streamline the smoke jack.
That is one slippery looking caboose John. It goes to show there is a prototype for everything!
Here is the unlocked link

For obvious reasons, this was called the "Volkswagon Caboose.
Built in 1956 at GN’s McCloud shops, she served until the BN phased out cabooses in the early 1980’s. She still serves as a storage shed in League City, Texas.
