Yes the Oracal 751 is thinner, but My experience is that is isn’t designed to stretch and shrink to go over uneven surfaces or rivets on truck sides, or really uneven curving surfaces like fender flairs or grill surrounds type of edges…
I do believe thats why its 30x more expensive$$$$$.
