Looks good, Shawn. You work fast. I need to get you down here and put you to work for a few days. Then there would be some progress to report on my RR ;) Ralph
Looks great… Do I see a curved trestle going in there?
Dave you are correct a curved trestle was put in yesterday. I was going to do something different but I had a bunch of trestle bents already made up from Red Rock so I decided to use them. They were a little to short but I was able to add rock under the bents to support them better. The trestles were stained with dark walnut. Not perfect but that what I was looking for with a logging RR. Just have to add a smaller bent to the left to fill the gap.

I also started playing with building a scree slope to an area that was dirt and nothing grew.
Looks good Shawn, Think my Bigboy can now make it around your outer loop now… Nick

I made some progress last few nights. I got all the track bent and fitted. I started to build the front wall and raise to track level. The inner loop is hooked up. The only problem I ran into was the connecter for the inner and outer loops (blue line). I need a why to do the connection. A regular switch makes the curve to tight on inner loop. I have to look at the other end and see if I can make it work. For now inner loop is operational and might stay as an independent loop. [url](http://i50.tinypic.com/2hn87dt.jpg)
