Here is what to do the Day After: Get out the waffle iron. Preheat.
To the left over stuffing add 2 eggs and some broth if necessary to get it a bit runny, rather than dry. Make a stuffing waffle.
When waffle is properly cooked, top with leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy. Cranberry sauce if you prefer.
Loosen belt, pull up to the table, and enjoy.
Turkey? I aint had my turkey yet. But last night I did have a nice T bone, with shrimp, red potatoes, and corn at Denny’s.
