Ok Bob… I think you’re are on to something. I added a small wood piece with a round Evergreen tube that I dremeled a slit in mounted on top. Scrounged around for a small bold, nut and some washers. I was successful in getting the loco around 1/4 of my layout. I think there is still some fine tuning to do. Any suggestions to get the bolt to travel more smoothly in the channel? I tried a dab of LGB lube oil .
