I’d put a New Yorker up against an Aussi for speed talking… We in California seem comatose to people from NY
Don’t think we had a New Yorker the last one was from South Carolina and he kept say Y’All a lot.
We changed his greeting from Morning Y’All to G’Day mate after a few weeks.
From what I can gather people in California are a bit laid back similar to Australians maybe its the climate.
