Large Scale Central

Rio Linda Train run live on TV.

Good luck tomorrow, Noel.
I wish I could catch it live, but I’ll be working.
Ralph

Tk’s Ralph… The Cam crew showed up a little late, but it ran around off and on live for 1 &1/2 show.

Now got to ck there web site to see some of the video they took also some of is going CBS ch 13 here out of Sacto ,Ca.
Anyway… was a neat experience and tks to all of the guys in our group that help pulled this off…
Now have to set down and go thru some of the 2 gig video that the guy took with my cam and there’s to edit for a few video later on.
Seem like talking to Jerry H in NEB told me that Livestream channel that I set up for 2 hr broadcast blacked out a few time buti it reset it self. I also had it set to record on my studio so I should have most of it to edit there to.

Noel,

Your a TV garden railroad magnate now… I watched the show some, much better on HDTV than on KOVR’s live webpage link. Anyway looks like you and the gang had fun and you beat the 103* afternoon too.

Michael

Tks Michael… The laptop worked great and here is the link on Channel 31 web page today.

Thx for posting. We are in Sacramento for my wife’s family picnics this weekend, and I tried to find it on TV this morning at 0800, and I couldn’t find Good Day Sacramento. Bummer.

Hi Lou L. It was channel 31 and on live didn’t start on there live until around 8:45 am or so. They were late finding the place due to difference crew. Instead of Jason Mcloney we had Mark Allen doing the show. Anyway to bad you didn’t get ahold of us for a live train run… Noel

Here is a short Video of our Kat ( Peanut ) holding up the set crew, the day before our TV live show.

She just did not want to move.

Peanut is some Cat! Looks like it has ownership rights to the Rail Road.

Doc Tom

Here is our take of the show and set up. It took some time to get all of the cam videos together for a video.

Even when the TV cam crew was late we still got a lot of fun time in.

Congratulations, Noel.
Quite the massive audience for your wonderful railroad.
Well deserved!
Ralph

Purty neet!!..

Very nice. A lot of work went in to this production. The layout looks beautiful and there were no derailments on live TV.

Way to go! Doc Tom

Gee Noel, now you are a TV celebrity! Can I get your autograph?
