Rail Bus Info

From : http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/29/23673.html

which seems to be devoted to Model T railcars.

Now I want!

I don’t even like steam power

The illegal stuff is under the seat…that’s why it’s padlocked!

Come to think of it …you could run US mail and passenger service with this unit if you clean it up and get your act together! Taking responsibility is a big jump and we understand this.

The above was a Plank railroad.

Great pictures, John! I guess the unanswered question in the first picture of the guy on the railed tractor pulling the log is - “Why is he steering?”

Maybe, he is just resting his hands there. Its a normal place to rest your hands when you are driving.

Daktah John… How’s this??? Sorry… I missed your next post… This is not quite big enough… (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Sometimes the steering wheel was used as a brake control to control a driveline braking system.

in converting to rail wheels sometimes the brake drums didn’t make the cut.

Got bored, went thru my folders…

On pole roads the timbers are moved to switch ‘tracks’…

OH BOY! Gonna make a million!

In Florida we have the Fellsmere rocket delivering the US Mail …

All I know about this beauty with the jack-shaft is it’s Gasoline powered.

Another Gas car…

Michelin was advertising rubber treaded wheels on it’s train buses.

The above was the railcar of the previous post, the following is unrelated.
