Haggis, neaps and tatties is mandatory for Burns Day/Night. We always celebrate. :wink: But it is not a once a year dish here, every other month or so we have that meal. Fr. Fred mentions ‘nips’ - naturally the whole affair is not complete without ‘a wee dram’
