Our Devon Sinsley needs your prayers.

Knowing that you could make it is one possibility.

Well maybe

Of course, there was the time I gave birth to a stent. That was fun …

Ow! Ow Ow!!!

Yeah, I don’t know if this is particularly helpful to Devon or not, but one time I was driving home from Sacramento (about 90 minutes away in stop and go traffic) and I was having these really sharp pains from “down there” every minute or so. When I got home and checked out the situation, half the stent was sticking out. I called the doctor in somewhat of a panic, and the doctor simply said, “Well, pull the rest of it out,” so I did. Instantaneous relief!

My understanding is that if they ultrasonic thing works I wont have a stent at all. Only if they have to go after it with a laser. But we will see.

Can’t remember if I had a stent for that procedure or not, but, keep in mind there are some positives to having a stent. You’ll get a really cool x-ray to go with it to share with family and friends, and, more importantly, when they (or you – see post above) remove the stent, it’s pretty much in scale for model railroading use … (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-smile.gif)

Look what I can use for the build challenge!!! I had it in my possession before the first of the year

Pic?

Hopefully I will have no pic of that for you.

And except for the Doc from Washington, we will pass on any photographic evidence, the pics or it didnt happen do NOT apply to stents , removal or insertion of , or any thing other than a pic of the offending piece of calcium when it is safely in the strainer. Get well Devon, now you have a car or 2 to dismantle!!!

Devon gets his stone blasted, today.

“Just give me a ping, Vasili. One ping only, please”

Back from the hospital. The sonic boom worked. They were able to pulvaruze it. I am in some discomfort but it feels more like gas from the anesthesia and maybe some tenderness from the procedure.

Sounds like the ping worked! Atta boy Dev!

CJ

PS, I truly hope all goes well when the anesthesia wears off

Good News!(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-sealed.gif)

So they exploded a stone inside your body? Maybe its the shrapnel that you are feeling sore over.

Could be. Either way I should be back on my feet. Just in time for the challenge

Glad it all went well! Take the rest of the day off … (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
