I’m in line with the “It’s my RR, and I’ll do what I wanna.” I have some plans for cars that the Raritan River Rail Road never had, but who is to say someone didn’t have the idea?
If you look under “Covered hoppers”, I made up a Domino Sugar covered hopper that I thought should look like their packaging. The real one is boring grey. Maybe someone had the concept, but they went with the other paint scheme because it was cheaper.
