It took me around 3000 posts to realise that many of the posters there are not only total plawks, but were taking the p!ss out of me wholesale, one guy in particular.

I thanked everytbody there for what I had learned over the years, and left.

Wahoo ! That’s the reason why I can’t watch this forum.
Finally, my computer works fine.
And LSC is the best forum of the whole world.

I remember once, some “female” signed up, asked about an electronic part on the forums.
Several of us sent off messages to the owner, A) questioning who the person really was, and B) pointing out that there was no such part number.
The response went something like:
“I do this for a living. I know more than any of you. Quit trying to tell me how to do my job”.
MY reply was, to the effect, that SPAM just like that has been all over the internet, e-mails and forums, with phony part numbers, phishing for e-mail addresses. As long as the log-in e-mail doesn’t have “@tiscali.” something in it.
Which was the source of all the e-mail and forum spam.
Five minutes later, the person was no longer part of the forum.

Clue.

Less.

But, that’s just a personal opinion.
