Large Scale Central

Ignoring activism, how does this boat rate as a design?

I would agree, Eathrace as built was certainly the more powerfull monster, but I suspect they chose the new name simply just to irritate the Japanese.

If I was rich, I wouldn’t mind a clone of Godzilla for a motor yacht anyday of the week, be a great world cruiser, although port mooring might be a tad troublesome given its breadth.

nope.
if i were rich enough for this kind of decision - i would buy a trawler.
just because of the hold. or where on that Godzilla would you place a decent G-scale layout?

A TRAWLER??? :open_mouth:

I’ve been on a trawler-type yachty boaty thingy, in rough seas, how in gods name would you keep the trains on the track?, it’'d be like building a layout inside a amusment park ride, I felt lucky to get a bag of chips opened without it getting thrown everywhere

well, during rough weather i would not run trains. there could be done enough other things, like drinking and spilling coffee for weathering, painting abstract backgrounds and so on. ;-))

Boat {n} 1. hole in the water that you pour money into.

Garden Railroad (Adj/Noun) : Hole in the backyard you pour money into.

Landlubber.

I once was thrown to the deck by a rogue wave and had a heavy Water Tight Door slam shut on my leg and I didn’t spill a drop of my coffee.

Piker.

oh yes…
i remember that.
as a messboy one gets a full cup of coffee from the cook and has to deliver a full cup of coffee with a clean saucer at the bridge.
… hoping all the way not to be talked to by anybody…
