A google pic search shows all kinds of them, including most of your designs.

Some are inside braced, so there isn’t any bracing showing at all.

John, if that was the case they would all fall apart.
I doubt very much you could find any pictures of the designs from the first post.

It could show no bracing, with the sheathing covering it.

Dennis, that’s better. You now have triangles under compression for structural integrity!
The long verticals would usually go all the way to the top but not so much a structural issue up there.
Prototypical practice would be to recess the doors into the wall so the weather keeps out from the top otherwise a pelmet is needed.

It’s only a model but you don’t want every visiting carpenter pulling a face and getting in your ear.
