Ha! Bob left early and no pics of me, so it never happened!
Are you sure?
U taught me that!
I am bringing a reefer you wanted, Dave. Will leave it in the Alcove if I don’t see you. I’m sure I can trust the guys who hang out there to collect my money. (!)
Wow …you are gonna trust me with Dave’s reefer?

10-4 Larry, thanks for the clarification. Not that kind of alcove, I get it.
I think I might have met you last year, at the Nicholas Smith tables? I was only going on verbal description, and I said, “Hi, are you Larry?” But the (big) dude just grunted and turned away. Does that sound like you?
Hey, on another topic, you might want to add a second first name, I hear it’s the big trend. Like, Larry-Mark or Larry-Manny or something. That way, you could always sign off as LMAO! I would, FWIW.

Nah, I don’t grunt unless of course the conversation is boring and I need to grunt to keep awake. You can recognize me by the hat I wear in remembrance of the War of Northern Aggression!

I can see it getting smoky in the alcove with many happy hungry people.

Lou, I am really going to try and be there Saturday at the very least. But right now, I do not want to over-promise.
I should get a job as a straight man. (That is referring to comedy)
Lou; Bring that GTW box car and tell Ric to pay for it, for Fred. He can bring it with him, to the INVASION…

OK - Just put in for my time off. If it gets approved I’m changing my hotel reservation to Thursday/Friday nights. For the last two years when I got to the hotel after dinner on Saturday I wondered why I was paying for a bed when I could be home by 11PM. So this year I’m thinking I might want to check out the bar scene in the hotel on Thursday evening.

I guarantee they’ll collect it. Now…whether or not YOU see it is another story. (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-embarassed.gif)

Sound’s like a plan John, We can get them warmed up for the D&B ! I’ll keep an eye out for you.

Ironically, the HQ of the company I start with in just over a week, is based in York, adjacent to he fairgrounds. Since they will have me in for some training, I just might be in York for the ECLSTS anyway. Maybe, I don’t know.
David, sounds like Divine Intervention. You may or may not do well at your next post, but it seems clear that you need to go to the D&B at a minimum.

Hey Randy, looking forward to seeing you again!
Yup, me to Cliff. Thursday night could be a good start…
My tentative plan (and that of a few others I think) is to meet up with Ric at Memorial Hall whatever time he arrives, and help unload / set up the new Timesaver. After that I suppose there will be a small group dinner at “the” diner, then over to the hotel bar. I’m open to alternate plans, just don’t suggest any different places to eat - Ric and Andy will have none of it (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-sealed.gif)
@Hollywood - Of course. PM me your cell number and I’ll ring you up when I get in town.

Cliff, I figure it is divine intervention. I wasn’t looking for a job, but I was so frustrated at the job I had because my boss was starting his habit of public embarrassment again. Then I get a phone call, because this place found my resume online, The resume I had posted 6 1/2 years ago, before I got the job I just quit. And they are based in York. And they gave me a firm offer the day I was to go in for inventory, and if I was going to get fired from my job, it would have been over inventory. The timing and everything is just too perfect.
I figure, if I am not in York for training, and if I have Friday off, then I could drive in Friday. But I cant commit to anything till I know for sure.
So David, are you moving to York to be with Hollywood and Rooster? Of course, then we will have to find an appropriate nickname.
