Im still up in the air. Depends if Im in the mood to make the drive for the day. Cant do overnights and im not looking to buy anything. Might be a last minute things for me.
Booked my room at the Red Roof again. Been pretty happy there the last two years for about $40/night less than the Holiday Inn.
Pocono Mountain Garden Railway Society will be there with our modular set up.
Please stop by and say hello.
Nico
Id also like to remind everybody that I will have my box of t shirts somewhere in the Alcove, near/under Ric’s timesaver.
Can you Eastern boyz provide a map for us Western boyz and tell us where York,PA is located? It that some where south of the mason dixon line? Not sure if us western boyz could travel that far with our horse and wagons.
Buy a map at Walmart…find Harrisburg PA…York is just South of it…
Or you could go on google maps for free!

I had this on-line from last year. York is at “B” - Baltimore at “C”
And some local hot spots…

ELCLST Show is at D, “The Diner” C, Red Roof Inn at F and Holiday Inn Express at E. The Holidome would be just above the blue line near the corner of Carlisle Ave and Rt 30. Thanks Andy for the correction.
Jon you left out the diner for breakfast
Andy pointed out that “The Diner” is C
Jon… C looks more like the diner… the Holidome is further to the left in that map… The holidome isn’t on Rte 30… Actually, its just off the map to the left of where it says ““Carlisle Road””…
Right. I wasn’t looking close enough! Thanks

Good to see you folks getting geared up for the ECLSTS Show. I think is only 36 days to wait. :)It is also good to see some of the Canadians coming out of hibernation. Haven’t heard much about the snow there so far this winter. I know parts of Wisconsin have got away with it very lightly this year.
We don’t want to say anything in case old man winter hears us and dumps a couple of feet of snow on us. Here the winter has been unusually mild. Mid-February is usually frigid, but tonight it is raining. That’s going to be tough on the ice sculptures at Winterlude.
Bob McCown said:You need some white polo shirts, no pockets and I wear a large. Not all of us like to wear bright yellow T shirts. That goes for bright red, blue or green, also. Around here the yellow attracts "Mayflys". I'll wear grey and then you get some people wearing black, trying to look all badass or something. However, it does fit his mood sometimes. Grouchy ole fart.

Looks like I’ll probably miss out on the fun this year.
Timing just isn’t right.
I do hope to make a trip that way later in the year, when the trains are running at the EBT or Steamtown.
Ralph
I’ll be there, arriving Thursday, leaving sometime Saturday. Last year was the first time I was able to enjoy hanging out in the lounge and enjoyed meeting a lot of new folk.
Bob,
First I heard about T-Shirts. LSC logo? I will take two 2XL. If there are color options, my choice is a lighter color. Grey prefered.
heck, if we’re ordering, i’ll take a 2X, with a pocket, grey… hehehe
Make mine a 2x and also a small. Do we get a selection on the colors ?
CRAP. Put in for Friday off and got told that I can’t have it as boss will be away. I might be able to leave about 1 PM Friday, getting me there in time for dinner and the drag-n-brag, but no show Friday.
