Terry, it’s usually a $35.00 charge. But, if I take the pack apart and find that the cells are at 0 volts, or very close to it…I won’t be able to repair it and there’s no charge. If I can reset the PCB and bring the cells back up to nominal voltage, then I’ll cycle them through three times (charge/discharge) test the amp draw then send you a email with my results. If the PCB is good but the cells have discharged I can build you a new pack with new cells and your old PCB cheeper then a new pack, depending on the voltage.
