That’s a great idea for the roofing. I should be able to make an adequate die using a dado blade in my table saw or even the radial arm saw.

In the meantime I modified the spline tool, easier than modifying the pizza cutter.

The result is somewhere between the radius and the rather sharp corner of the pizza cutter. Next step is planned for this weekend. Had a bit of a health problem this week which cramped my “style”.
Jack Verducci in his book, Building Structures for Garden Raiways has a design made of brass rods for making corrugated roofing from most metal materials. Make it any size you like.
