Tim,
I really like the French Cornichons.
I can hardly wait to read the first review of the PIKO 0-6-0T or better yet, the whole starter set.

I heard a rumor from an industry insider that Kader was looking at buying Marklin (or what’s left of it)!
Talk about full circle…

Ah, no, the bile exuded by the Ventilators in full stride FAR exceeds the PH factor of vinegar!
At least the “Ventilators” don’t stoop so low as name calling - schoolyard level.

Unlike some, what ain’t fer print ain’t printed.
I don’t think it’s Märklin.
I think your crystal ball is cracked.
Like the rest of your reasoning abilities.
John,
perhaps a good thing if Kader do purchase Marklin, at least we will start getting some ‘scaled’ product. However, as Marklin largescale is nominally 1/22.5 for Euro narrow-gauge and 1/27 for ‘standard’ gauge, I really do not see much value in acquiring a company that competes indirectly with their own product.
Perhaps they want LGB (the name)?

Grapes I got, I’ll hold the gripes. My K has new counters and will get other changes, corrections when I have the time and inclination to do them. Heck I still have an original shay that has not had the trucks touched. The other two have been fixed.
I can’t find a better basic engine for the price anywhere but from Bmann.
Thanks
John
