I know, boring as heck. Here’s the (almost )finished hybrid I built using an Annie chassis, motor and rods.
Not as detailed as the Annie, but a good runner.

Nice consist John! I’ve got those cars. Completely inaccurate, but whatever.
I also have that BH loco, it was the first I bought when I got in to G. And later bought an Annie chassis to go into it, but have yet to do so. Was it pretty straightforward? Or maybe I missed the thread?

Pretty much an easy swap. I gutted the BH and replaced the headlight bulb with LED. My Annie chassis didn’t have the new style pilot truck, so I put one on. I had to re configure a new mounting post for it.
I probably could have left the older Annie pilot truck, but I had a new one, so what the heck, might as well use it.
I’m not much of a rivet counter anyway, If I like it, I run it.
