What happened? What does “it wouldn’t let me do it” mean, exactly? Ive had a few other people sign up using the process.
Yesterday I uploaded some pix to the Shed. I just copied the location from the shed to the note placing the link inside the [image][image] tags.
My original picture was way too big, took too long to load, and was only partially visible and I saw no way to scroll left to right to see the whole thing. So I decided to resize it. Resizing can’t be done on this site (I don’t think).
It’s a cumbersome process unless you remember to load and shrink the pictures into the freight shed BEFORE you decide you want to add pix to a post.
So, here’s the resized version, about 25% of the original size.img[img]
… And that huge picture has two disadvantages, Dick. First. L-O-N-G download times, especially for a throwback like me, on under-$100 per year dialup. I don’t even try to watch video online. Second disadvantage, the file is so much bigger than it needs to be, gobbling up your allowance of free memory. I find it way better if I resize my images to the desired display size before uploading them; that gives me much better control over the outcome.
