New look is good…
Shame to have so much wasted space where the picture is… Be nice, if it could be like 3 pictures, side by side…

Well IMHO I don’t like the way the forum posts are now set up, but we’ll see what the others say about it!! Used to be more listed than are now, But I guess what da ya want for free!! Hee Hee LOL Regal
I like the new forum read out. I can see what is going on and what he post is about with out having to open it up. Great job Bob.
Nice
Two thumbs up from me too. Very nice clean look. I thought my browser was screwing up at first then quickly realized the code was correct. What software do you use (if you can reveal that - if not, no problem).

Looks good
Noticed it right away. Pretty slick. Oh, sorry, “Swishy.”
Geoff George said:I'm not too sure I like the first few lines of a post on the front page ;) And I kinda miss the diesels. But nothing I can't get used to. Looks pretty good :) Ralph

The logo is gonna get reworked to include locomotive, like before. Stay tuned
Good to hear. I rather missed my daily dose of EBT.

Hmmm. I prefer the use of the word ‘spiffy’.
For those old enuff to remember, Liberace was ‘swishy’…

Careful TAC, your homphobic paranoia is showing.
From Wiki answers.
“The term is used for frequently probably by older people… meaning, looking very smart or well dressed…(tuxedo, shirt and tie) you’ve probably heard your granny say this to you at one stage or another?”

Tony,
Around these parts, Liberace was “swishy” and I’m not talking about his suit.
Granny didn’t use “spiffy” or “swishy”…but then she was German.
I guess I’m not old enough to remember when “swishy” was in vogue
Ralph
I’m sure if Bob was offended by the term “Swishy” he would say so.
In the meantime I think we can leave out the derogatory personal opinions of what “Swishy” means. It only strengthens the opinion of others, just how narrow minded some people can be.
David: Harder to use is not one of my goals here!
Yea, I’ll, go with “spiffy” since it doesn’t need a explanation…
Dear Mr Walsham, I am not a paranoid homophobe, and I object strongly to the accusation that I am.
I AM, however, a pedant.
