Thanks Jon, soooooo did you get snow?
On one of the FB groups the one guy, w-a-y up in the Swiss mountains, dug his track out from under 36" of snow. Looks pretty wild with all that snow!

We’re just getting into it now. They are saying 6-12" but that might get pushed up. I think I’m going to borrow a page from Ken’s book and look at the layout through the picture window in front of the fire. It’s dang cold out there!

And getting colder! It’s supposed to get into the single digits for a few days…the good news is, if you wanna call a blizzard good news, that it’s a light fluffy snow and should make for good snow plowing videos for those courageous enough to venture out in it. Me, I think I’ll stay by the fire and eat my French toast…
since we’re on pg 2, I’ll mention noticing the Horizontal Tower Sections on the back deck…they’ll perform better if vertical
There is little chance of that ever happening in my lifetime. I have three sections vertical with a 10Meter Yagi a 2Meter Yagi and a few 2Meter verticals. 15 or more years ago when I was a lot more agile I stood on the top step of a step ladder on a platform I made to level my roof. All to get to the tuning element of the 2 Meter Yagi. Fast forward 15 years and I’m hesitant to go up on the roof which is not real steep. No way I’m going up a ladder set up like that ever again.
