quite the ride. liked the motorcycle rail bike. lot of people making use of the right of way. maybe some of them latched onto old speeders and used them for the wood cutting and what not?

You know that the 14 mile ride and down a couple thousand feet… is very similar to what the ride down from Cumbres Pass to Chama on the Cumbres & Toltec would be.
Its 14 miles and 4% grade… No Landslides and no paved over crossings. I’d bet it would be one hell of a ride in a bit of a bob sled or rail slider.
