So, I like herbs. I like pesto. And I need little trees. Ordered a packet of Boxwood Basil seeds. I am hopeful for these, especially with a little training and trimming. And a deer gun.

What zones are they rated for?
In Pa they are annuals. They just plain die in the fall.
But they make a lovely 'fruit" tree if trimmed, or small “woodlot”(they grow to about the size of a basketball), while they last… and the leaves taste great in sauces
I am hoping that, like a lot of our other basil, it will be a perennial here in coastal California!
