Sir - I noticed that you had a post over on MLS about the Gauge 1 Aster ‘Clan Line’ model that will not now be appearing any time soon, if ever. Being a British Rail locomotive means that there will never be an H0 model either, but Hornby certainly make a VERY fine 00 scale version. One of the rarest versions is the BR blue ‘Canadian Pacific Lines’ - I’ve been trying to find one for around ten years now, without any luck…

There IS a G1 electrically-driven version made by one Mr Dave Walker over here. He is a small-run loco builder of museum quality models. He tells me that he is happy to build such a model for around £5000 or so so. See your PM for his details.
