Cordless pruning

Boyz, I have to give my Albertas and Boxwoods a shaping haircut.
Since I have prolly fifty or so to do, I need some recommendations for cordless shears.
I want a good one.
Not a cheap junky one.
Any recommendations?

John, I can’t help ya… Jane does all the pruning, one tree at a time, with a pair of hand shears and scissors…

Hey I have bout 70 that I shear. I use hand shears it don’t take me any longer and being as thrifty as I am saved lots of money not buying battery stuff and no cords.
It’ the original cordless application.

Don’t use the electric ones, use the hand powered shears. The idea is not to give the trees a haircut, but to turn each tree into a tolerable representation of a real tree.

See Jack Verduci’s many articles on the subject.

I agree, electric shears will just shape it like a chunk of foam. Proper trimming branch by branch will shape and make it look 10 times more realistic as a miniature tree.
