I finally cracked and bought a MicroMark emboss-it setup. Has anyone ever made their own dies for this? I’m wondering if grinding the ‘indented’ one fairly flush on one side would allow me to rivet angle and zee.

The first modification you should make to the riveter is to add a sequential counter. That way you won’t have to count them yourself
