It is funny how nature goes in cycles. This year acorns seem to be scarce which they say will mean less mice which they say will mean less ticks and so on. One year we had a lot of pine cones.
I can’t remember a time when we had so many acorns here. I filled 2 five gallon buckets with what I raked up in my yard and the following year little trees were sprouting up everywhere.
Having a RR under trees is nice for shade in the Summer but the amount of crap they drop onto the tracks sure makes a mess.

Thanks Pete. I try to keep my videos fun. When things get bad here I break out the electric leaf blower but in between the need for the big gun I have a scratch built leaf blower that rides the rails and the wedge plow always takes the first run no matter the season. It is a constant battle keeping the rails clear of debris.
