Norman, in the UK they have modellers in “gauge-3” which is 1:22.5 standard gauge. I noticed that Slaters make a gauge-3 6’ 9" driving wheel

which works out at 3.6" actual diameter. While they normally provide a gauge-3 axle (2.5" gauge) the wheels work on gauge-1 (45mm gauge) axles. I have a similar pair of gauge-3 wheels which work out as 49" in 1:20.3 - perfect for an EBT locomotive if used on the gauge-1 axle.
