Steve, what is your roof made of? If wood, decide the pitch you want and make you one brace. Once the first one is made, you can trace the rest from it. If plastic, make one brace out of a sheet of 1/16 styrene to the shape you want. Then glue a 1/4" X 1/32" strip to the outside edge as a stiffener.
