Precision Board Structures

Test 1

What CNC are you using?

Neat!

Basic form is cut on the laser, then finish work is done by hand with carving tools.

2 nd try , it has been a couple years since i have posted pictures here, I always have to relearn this procedures.

Well here it is no picture, this blank blank site

wow it works from Fliker, go figure

I lasered the joints and i carve the details with a small hand chisel, the details takes a little time, but well worth it

That is cool Dennis…

I cut the edge joints with a table saw at 48 degress so when assembled the outside edges come together tight leaving me a gap on the inside so I can squirt like a caulk, a joint of Lexel glue.

Thanks Jim

I spray paint with a medium brown aresol . then I use basic acrylic paint from Walmart, The first paint shows the brick painted

with a redish type color. The second one shows the brick highlighted with a white and a black, then lightly wire brushed.

Nice looking stone and brick work, Dennis. Very realistic.

Thanks Dan

That is the reason I like using it, and is quite easy to carve

Here is my Window, shown here as being almost no good
