It’s a little too hot here during the day to run trains, but I have to catch up with the weeding (I was out of town for 2+ weeks). So in the earlier part of the morning I go out for 1/2 an hour or so to pull out the grass, corn, spurge, baby trees, etc that are coming up everywhere.
I also need to run the track cleaner around for a few laps so I can run trains. Most of the weeds that had gotten into the right of way are gone at this point, so maybe tomorrow morning I’ll run that while working on the weeds again. I’m hoping that I can have it all cleaned up to run trains in the evenings soon.
