First step in the layout build. Train shed is all wired/insulate and has a small AC. Hope to run a line out of it to the layout. Getting 600 blocks laid and leveled is expensive!

About 20 x 60, updated drawing here, but is a little long. He starts building it next month, low bid, but still ouchy. I see why there are few of these!
