Hey guys,
I thought you might enjoy some pics of our ops meet last Saturday. We held it at a large, beautiful layout in Santa Barbara, CA. We had about a dozen participants from our club and a club from San Diego that took Amtrak up for the meet. This layout has no structures, but is truly a “garden” railway. Here are some pics on no particular order.
Look for the switching yard and cars in the upper center of the picture and the freight train in the foreground.

Beautiful railroad, thanks for sharing. Seems especially nice with the Winter that won’t give here in the eastern United States. Off to Ken’s in a week and sure would be nice to see some Spring style temps.

Nope. Never featured in GR. However, the owner has a massive HO layout that was in Model Railroader 10 -15 years ago.
That railroad is screaming for “cab ride” video. Has anyone created one for it?
