Has anyone successfully inserted a YouTube video using an iMac?
Following the rules here for embedding results in an empty window.
Trying to do Jim’s Video…
Safari vs. i.e.?
Testing from my MacBook using Firefox
Seems to work
Bob, when I paste the link https://youtu.be/QlzCiacQf6U, I get a blank window. If I use “general” i get grey block with small film icon.
You should use the Video button
That’s what I used. The pop-up window then offers 2 options, I tried both. One returns “blank” the other returns the grey block with the video icon.

Jim
The one that returns the grey block with the video icon is the one you want. Now scroll to the bottom and hit “POST” and your video will appear magically!

I did?
No I didn’t.
Why are you stirring the pot Rooster?
That’s what he does!(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
Rooster thanks, but it doesn’t work for me.
Never mind, you’re right, it just takes longer than I thought.
Awesome! Congratulations!
Wow, had to do a “reload page”.
Just so we are all forewarned Jim, what browser are you using?
(I do forced reloads all the time when editing my site, the “intelligent” page caching of browsers is not always so intelligent)
Greg
I’m using an iMac with iOS 10. Safari browser
