Almost had a mishap today when the passenger train went through a switch and headed into the mining facility. The train was stopped before any damage was done but the following investigation found the manual switch machine had failed.

I took the switch machine apart and found the little spring inside was broken. The question is where can I find one of these springs?

Just a note, I was cleaning out and threw away several Aristo switch boxes. I checked them before pitching them, and there was a small celophane envelope in some of them, containing a dummy lantern for the switch and a spare spring. Glad I did not throw them out…
