I don’t think so. Hartford’s were the same prototype as the Accu J&S. (Pic attached below.) The first one looks like an Fn3 Iron Horse Engraving EBT #5 coach, though why it is sitting next to a 1/32nd scale Pennsy loco I can’t imagine. Here’s the IHE #5:

The second one is more like a D&RGW Business Car. I don’t recall seeing that before - wonder who made it.

Edit: on closer review, Looks like an electric interurban of some kind but not Fn3 like #5

Edit 2: Mystery solved. John at Iron Horse Engraving confessed it is his EBT #5 and a new 1/32nd scale coach. More details later.
