USA Trains Smoke Unit Circuit Board

The USA Trains Fan Driven Smoke Unit operates at 6 volts, from what I was told. Now, I have a separate circuit board that the smoke unit plugs into. On the circuit board are three locations to plug things into. Two of them are next to one another while the third is by itself. My presumtion is that the lone socket is for power, while the other two are for the smoke unit heater and the fan motor.

Can anyone verify this?

Yes… and if you take a closer look, you will see that all three connectors are identified with white letters silkscreened on the circuit board

motor (fan motor)

resistor (heater resistor)

input (power input)

Thanks Greg. I knew you’d have an answer. I’ll have to get my magnifying glass and have a closer look.
