Hi y’all,
I have acquired a tender from an Indie 2-6-0, which claims to be a Spectrum. It has 2 plugs - one 2-pin and a 4-pin. There is no wiring diagram on the Parts listing. Anyone know what the wires do?

The Industrial (Indie) 2-6-0 is not the Spectrum mogul. The Indie mogul is in the Big Hauler line. They are both listed as 1:20 scale but the Indie is a small loco, as it is in prototype. Also the Indie drivers are equally spaced, the Spectrum mogul’s are not equally spaced. I hope this helps in identifying what you are looking for. Joe, when Bachmann re-worked the Indie they called it an “Industrial 2-6-0 Spectrum” in some places but not others. I think they made the cab bigger so it is more like 1:20.3 scale. Anyway (no, I don’t believe it is 1:20 either,) I found the wiring in the Product Reference section, under “LS 2-6-0 Mogul / Wiring”. It is right next to the “LS 2-6-0 Sound Ready” so I don’t know how the uninitiated would tell them apart. The new Indie 2-6-0 even has a sound system in the tender so I guess it is more than ‘sound ready’…
