You can thank Pete Thornton for this sale, since he made me aware that this car is a great start point for an EBT model. Oddly enough this realization happened just after I fell in to some decals for this era box car. So after making the deal on the decals I see a post on another group from Pete that he used the Bachmann cars for the same prototype, which reminded me that I’d seen some for sale here. Sometime life just works out well.

If you still want one, there’s a lady on eBay selling boxcar bodies with murphy roofs, and the trucks separately. I think she wants $43 for a pair of the Spectrum 1:20.3 trucks.
