No, but you need to notify the authorities to disarm your ankle bracelet to get out of Jersey.

Did I say that outloud?

.

It really is “Ken’s Ops, then add the Year”

It was a great time last year. This year, family obligation will prevent us from attending. My second granddaughter’s first communion or I’ve been told the wake of Jan’s husband, to be followed by a quick burial the next day, if I decide otherwise. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)But I look forward to hearing all about it.

Now you have me thinking … Keystone … I thinking more…

He’s got me thinkin, too. Someone mentioned since this is in Pa it should be called Keystone Ops or KOPS. But he did patent the “KOPS” term for it…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Ric I must say that you would be surely missed, but tell Jan she would still be welcome to attend(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Ken

Looks like Deb and I can make it. Likely down mid afternoon on Saturday and all day Sunday.

Can you recommend local hotels?

The Red Caboose is very cool but may not accommodate yours needs… https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g53573-d113011-Reviews-Red_Caboose_Motel_Restaurant_Gift_Shop-Ronks_Lancaster_County_Pennsylvania.html

If you stay there hit Fishers market on RT 741 …them Amish ladies have the best canned stuff (mason jars)

That’s a bit of a hike, Roos.

Stan, a lot of the guys stay up near West Chester which is about a half hour away. There are others in the Longwood/Kennett area, too, which is about 15 minutes away.

Here’s a link to some local hotels: Hotels in the area

I am really feeling the loss of not being able to attend. This was great last year and sounds like its growing. We had great weather last year., at least one day. I hope it proves true, this year. I someone can make this event and doesn’t, its their loss. This is becoming the start of the Spring Garden Railroad Tours in the East. I saw the expansion and improvements while we were at Ken’s for the ECLSTS and they are great!
