Anyone interested in coming to a meet of the Pocono Mountain Garden Railway Society at my home in Blairstown NJ, is more then welcome to Join US.

I just finished construction of two loops, mostly 20 ft diameter, so feel free to bring your big stuff to run.

Meeting date is October 17th at 12 noon.

Please message me for more info.

Nico

Hi Nico… Saw Kevin Kavic out here in AZ on Saturday… We were running the O gauge layouts in the Mall. He stayed for a couple of hours while Sue “shopped”.

He said you were hosting the October meet… It was good to see him and Sue. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)(http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif)

Hi Stan,

Kevin and his wife are good people. O scale, what happened to G???

Nico

I heard Nico is giving away trains at his meet…

It’s a little bit out of my range until I can replace a tire which won’t happen that soon :frowning: My car found another screw at work. Punctured the shoulder of the tread. My tire store wouldn’t fix it but the Chinese guys down the street plugged it. I don’t trust it on the highway for long distances.

Do not load that or run it any distance at speed. Consider it a temporary spare and replace the tire as soon as you can. (sorry for the thread jack but safety first)

New Jersey? That sounds so… exotic.

If your into Friday 13th films the first one was filmed in Nicos area. Jason could be lurking around

Here is a video a friend of mine made of the layout enjoy. It is not completed yet so pay no attention to the crappy looking upper section.

Looks great!

But in the video there were a lot of people just standing around … I would of put them to work like Bob does! (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

Wow, Nico- That looks great! If I ever grow up I wanna be just like you (with more hair, of course).

-Kevin.

Very cool!

Was that Aiden’s CP FA1 and was he running it?

Aiden’s engine is the Erie Lackawanna.

Nice video. Looks like a good start on the layout.

Yes…I thought it was CP the scheme looks about the same …was Aiden running it?

yes he was, I gave him the Revo and he was sharing the track with a battery powered Mikado. He did an excellent Job. He is much better at Running his trains then his dad.

Cool!

We all knew that anyway. That’s why his Dad runs those little wind up toys cause he can’t handle them diesels that the big boys play with.

Nice railroad Nico! Looks real good. At the 2:40 mark the is a switch that would send a train out over a boulder. In the distance I see a window, Is that track destine to go indoors?

Yes sir, there is already a 26’ long 6 track yard, behind that window.
